Our client is seeking an experienced and responsible Domestic Couple to work within a small household team helping to look after the housekeeping and presentation of their beautiful home in Warwickshire to a high standard, with the other half of the couple an experienced gardener with private estate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Housekeeping, laundry, and care of fine furnishings, fabrics, and artwork
  • Hands-on maintenance of a high-standard household
  • Gardening, estate care, and grounds maintenance (if applicable)
  • Managing household supplies and ensuring smooth daily running of the property
  • Flexibility to assist with occasional additional duties when the employer is in residence

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a domestic couple in a private household or estate
  • Knowledge and care of luxury interiors, furniture, and artwork
  • A proactive, can-do, hands-on approach
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Gardening and estate management experience (for one partner, if applicable)

Additional Information:

  • Mainly Monday to Friday schedule, with flexibility required when principals are in residence
  • First-rate staff accommodation provided, with private garden
  • Employer has additional homes in the UK and overseas
