Live-in or Live-out Nanny / Nanny-Housekeeper – EH39
Permanent, Full-Time Position
Salary: Up to £50,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience, skills, and current salary – negotiable for the right candidate)
A warm and welcoming family based in EH39 is seeking an experienced, caring, and organised Nanny or Nanny/Housekeeper to support their household. This is a long-term, full-time position caring for two school-aged children.
Family Overview:
2 adults
2 children aged 8 and 5 years
Key Responsibilities (Nanny Duties):
- Preparing the children for school each morning
- Providing breakfast and ensuring a smooth start to the day
- School drop-offs and collections
- Preparing evening meals for the children
- Supporting with homework and after-school routines
- Bath time and settling for bedtime
- Sole charge care during school holidays
Additional Responsibilities (Nanny/Housekeeper Role – if applicable):
- General housekeeping while children are at school
- Keeping the home clean, tidy, and well organised
- Children's laundry and wardrobe management
- Proactively assisting with the smooth running of the household
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
7:00am – 6:30pm
Salary & Benefits:
Up to £50,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)
20 days paid holiday + 8 bank holidays

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar nanny or nanny/housekeeper role
- Confident and experienced driver (essential)
- Warm, nurturing, and engaging with children
- Organised, proactive, and able to use initiative
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
- Able to manage both childcare and household duties (if applicable)
- Right to work in the UK
