Seeking a skilled housekeeper to provide care and maintenance for a heritage property home in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, replacing the current housekeeper who has been with the family for 12 years.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing the smooth running of the household and maintaining the home to a high standard, including but not limited to cleaning, washing, and ironing.
• Organise and supervise contractors as needed.
• Organise repairs and maintenance of household appliances when necessary.
• Manage deliveries and answer household intercom, dealing with visitors accordingly.
• Some cooking and meal preparation.
• Assist with household shopping, including receiving food deliveries to the home and putting away.
• Assisting with various other household duties including some dog care.
• Run errands, including dropping off and collecting children (aged 14 years and 15 years) to and from clubs/activities on occasion.
• Assist with household events.
• Oversee the property when the employers are away, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Accurate record keeping.

• Flexibility to occasionally work a Saturday or Sunday and adjust hours in the week if needed.
