Cook/housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and experienced housekeeper to join a home in East London. 

Schedule:

  • Wednesday to Sunday
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • One weekend off per month if desired (during which you would work Monday to Friday)

Duties Include:

  • General housekeeping and light cleaning
  • Laundry 
  • Preparing simple, healthy dinners-they eat healthy dinners such as grilled meat and vegetables, boiled rice or mash etc. Generally, two meals a day will need to be made, but in school holidays this might increase to three but the cleaner will do more hours to compensate for the housekeeping side.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised home environment

The family have a weekly cleaner and someone who undertakes the ironing. 

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to travel with the household 2–3 times per year
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and detail-oriented
  • They are looking for someone proactive, dependable, and able to work independently while maintaining high standards.
