French Speaking Nanny

French-Speaking Day Nanny / Governess (Live-Out) – Holland Park, London – May Start

A warm and dynamic family based in Holland Park is seeking a French-speaking live-out Day Nanny/Governess to join their household from May. This role is designed to support the existing rota nanny and focuses strongly on the developmental needs of 17-month-old twins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the rota nanny to provide high-quality care for the twins
• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational activities on a daily basis
• Support early development across cognitive, language, and motor skills
• Establish and maintain structured, stimulating daily routines
• Encourage learning through play in a nurturing and creative environment

Candidate Profile:

• Native or fluent French speaker
• Currently based in London with full right to work in the UK
• Strong early years background (Montessori training desirable but not essential; nursery or similar experience highly valued)
• Experience in a nanny or governess role with a developmental focus
• Proactive, organised, and confident in creating enriching routines

Role Details:

• Live-out position, 5 days per week (approx. 50 hours)
• Based in Holland Park, with a preference for candidates within a 45–50-minute commute
• Flexibility required to provide occasional cover for rota nanny absences
• Willingness to travel with the family for a few weeks per year (additional compensation provided)

Salary:
Equivalent to circa £65,000 gross per annum
Package negotiable depending on experience
