The role

We're looking for a detail-obsessed organiser to run a busy London household with precision and care.

You will need to be highly pro-active, super organised and "on it". have plenty of energy, enthusiasm and n outgoing personality.

This is a brilliant role for someone who genuinely loves systems, categorisation and maintaining order - the kind of person who gets real satisfaction from creating a place for everything and keeping it that way.

You'll be supporting a public-facing CEO client with a fast-moving schedule (events, filming, travel). Your job is to make the home and lifestyle run seamlessly behind the scenes: proactive, well-planned, and beautifully organised.

There is also a toddler in the household, and part of the role is making sure her world is organised and running smoothly (schedules, wardrobe, age-appropriate supplies and activities) - not providing childcare or transporting her, but ensuring everything around her is thoughtfully planned and set up.

What you'll own

1) Home organisation & systems (core)
• Create and maintain intuitive systems across cupboards, pantry, fridge, utility spaces, storage, and household supplies.
• Label, categorise and streamline so everything is easy to find, easy to restock, and never overflows.
• Keep the household consistently "reset" - not a one-off tidy.

2) Product/sample organisation (high priority)
• Build a clear, visual system for product samples: incoming / in-testing / finished / ready to return.
• Maintain a simple tracker (spreadsheet/Notion/etc.) so the client can instantly see what's in play.
• Ensure finished items are packaged and prepared for return to HQ on a regular cadence.

3) Staff coordination (chef + housekeeper)
• Coordinate with the chef and the client's nutritionist/dietitian to ensure menus align with requirements.
• Own pantry/fridge discipline: smart shopping, minimal duplication, reduce waste, maintain rotation.
• Create a weekly housekeeping schedule (deep-clean cadence, declutter rhythm) so every area is consistently cared for.
• Ensure staff are paid on time and supported with clear priorities.

4) Household admin & bills
• Manage post and household admin (as agreed): triage, action, file and track.
• Oversee utilities, council tax, service contracts and renewals; check rates periodically and keep a clear admin tracker.

5) Maintenance & renovation project management
• Be the go-to for fixing what's broken: book trades, compare quotes, schedule visits, handle access, snagging, and invoices.
• Project-manage home improvements/renovations (e.g., dormer/garden projects) and occasional support for a family member's home.

6) Toddler organisation & routines (non-childcare)
• Help organise the toddler's schedule and logistics: nursery visits, activities, appointments and age-appropriate routines.
• Coordinate toddler nutrition planning with the client's nutritionist/dietitian and chef (as relevant): ensure the chef has clear guidance and supplies to prepare appropriate meals.
• Maintain the toddler's wardrobe and essentials as she grows: rotate outgrown clothes, organise storage, keep toys/books age-appropriate and easy to access.
• Keep a simple tracker for key needs (sizes, upcoming milestones, replenishments) so everything is ready in advance.

7) Wardrobe, events & travel support
• Coordinate with a stylist to keep wardrobe organised, edited and event-ready.
• Plan outfits for key events (TV appearances, filming, brand events) and ensure everything is prepared in advance.
• Pack/unpack for travel/filming, often coordinating with the housekeeper.

8) Stocking, procurement & errands
• Maintain household inventory (toiletries, cleaning products, nappies, etc.) so nothing runs out.
• Handle local errands, returns, deliveries, collections and ad hoc purchasing.

Optional (depending on capacity)
• Light oversight/admin coordination for rental properties (maintenance coordination, reminders, contractor scheduling).

What success looks like (first 60–90 days)
• The toddler's weekly rhythm is organised (nursery/activities/appointments), with wardrobe and supplies always age-appropriate and ready.
• Toddler nutrition planning is coordinated so meals are prepared smoothly without last-minute decision-making.
• The home feels calm, ordered and easy to run - cupboards, pantry and fridge stay beautifully controlled.
• Samples are organised, trackable and regularly returned - no pile-ups.
• Chef and housekeeper have clear weekly rhythms and priorities.
• Bills, renewals and household admin are handled proactively with zero surprises.
• Renovation tasks move forward without the client needing to chase.
